Ricky Aparicio is originally from Miami, FL, and currently resides in Sevierville, TN. Before beginning his career in media, Ricky was a standout baseball player, earning County Player of the Year honors in 2018 before continuing his career as a collegiate pitcher at Limestone University. Since transitioning behind the camera, he has gained experience in photography, videography, documentaries, and content production across sports and other industries. His work has included projects with Oakley, esports organizations, and established media companies such as That’s Good Tuff Media. Ricky brings his background as both an athlete and creative professional to Ice Baseball, helping tell the stories of our players and teams through high-quality video content and social media.

Dora Glies is a graduate of Johnson University, where she attended from 2017–2021 and earned her degree in sports photography. Since graduating, Dora has continued building her experience behind the camera, working with numerous schools, athletic programs, and organizations throughout the surrounding area. She joined Ice Baseball in 2024 and has played an important role in capturing our players, teams, and organization through photography and social media content. Dora brings valuable experience and creativity to our media team, and we are proud to have her as part of the Ice Baseball organization.

Aiden Strand is a sophomore at West High School in Knoxville, TN, where he is also a member of the golf team. He began pursuing photography in 2025 and has quickly developed a passion for sports photography and content creation, particularly within baseball and football. As a member of the Ice Baseball media team, Aiden assists with photography, videography, and social media content throughout the organization. He looks forward to continuing to develop his skills and grow his brand while helping showcase Ice Baseball and its players.
